About Us

Of all the living beings, man is be more rational and developed. Through individual and collective attempts he has created a historical and cultural space which not only influences his surroundings but also the generations to come. And, simultaneously he has acquired a mental equilibrium to understand the relationship between him and other living creatures including nature.

He, through individual and collective consciousness has understood the importance of happiness and prosperity in life and consequently, he tries to establish a humanly relationship between many existing objects/orders. And, this is only possible if he lives in harmony at all the four levels i.e. Self, Family, Society and Nature. He also needs to under that existence is all about living in co-existence.

Apart from the scientific and technological advancements, we need to understand the importance of value education which stands for morality, ethics, values and above all humanism, and inculcates a deep concern for well being of others and the nation while being selfless. It is a journey from human being to being human, and teaches us how we respond to others (Self, Family, Society, World and Nature) for achieving a holistic view and development at large. Thus, Value Education aims in intellectual development of human beings and enables them to live in co-existence with various entities, and trains how to cope up with the challenging situations within available resources. Apart from this, it also equips students with life skills and humanly touch.

Value cell will help students to understand the concept of human values which lead them to live in harmony at all four levels .it also provide a platform to solve their problems.
 

Samadhan

With the academic ambitions and goals, a student carries a lot of problems and issues caused by social pressure and personal dilemma which weaken his intellect freedom and creative sparks. This is how a young budding mind cannot use energy and vigour in the right direction and fails to fulfill his dreams and social responsibilities.

The Human Value Cell is committed to solve students’ ongoing problems, personal dilemma and psychological breakdown. It aims at students’ physical wellness and mental fitness, and encourages them to discover what they are capable of.

If a student finds himself/herself going through such traumatic experiences, he/she can visit the Value Cell in person for consultation in Room No. NB-15. He/she can also drop a letter in the letter box outside the room without disclosing his/her identity. The queries will be resolved in a stipulated time and the link will be available on the college website-Value Cell-Samadhan. The cell makes sure that all your information will be kept confidential during the process.
