Following are the important points must be take care
- Users may share the required files through own cloud or other sharing software with proper access control. At the discretion of the authorities a periodic traffic quota may be fixed for users based on their academic requirement. Any demand for extension of the quota would be entertained only after a proper justification.
- Any attempt to circumvent system security, guess other's passwords, or in any way gain unauthorized access to local or network resources is forbidden. Users may not use another person's computing account, attempt to forge an account identity, or use a false account or e-mail address.
- Users should exercise care while entering their passwords at other non-trusted sites and should not be misled by purported emails from Admin or other id's. If they do so, it is on their personal risk and any loss to the institute would be the defaulter’s liability.
- Recreational downloads and peer to peer connections for recreational purposes are banned.
- Students have restricted access of web. If they want to explore or downloads beyond restricted access can take permissions from authorities.
